Another winter draws to a close and it's time to pat yourself on the back; you made it. As the days get longer and the temperature ramps it up a few degrees, there's plenty of reasons to get out of the house and celebrate. Firmdale Hotels

This March, Firmdale Hotels are hosting a fantastic wine dinner as part of their monthly series at Covent Garden Hotel. The focus will be on vinos from emerging regions, such as Czechia, Slovakia, Germany and beyond. These sips will be paired with a delicious Eastern European-style menu, with dishes like devilled eggs and slow-roasted duck on the cards.
