Went for a hen do at the start of this month. Was not pleased with the three course meal. However, the club downstairs was quite good. would come again for the club but the food and service was rushed and just not what i was expecting.

You can't go wrong with this place it has everything for a great night. We started early and had some lovely platters and cocktails. It did get busy but didn't take long to get served at the bar and music was cool and it had a trendy vibe.

What a turn-around!! It must be said that the original Sway was getting very tired/sticky looking and the reviews were reflecting that. However, since it's glam refurb - it's playing a new ballgame! The food and cocktails are divine and the club will have you dancing until day break. Well done Sway!

Went to sway last saturday for my friend's birthday. We had a table in the club, in the VIP section and a wonderful waitress who looked after us perfectly! The night was amazing! Great service, music and atmosphere! We're definitely coming back soon!

Can't wait for the launch of the new place. Use to like it back in the day! Was good for food and cocktails and the Dj's use to play awesome music expecially in the club

Always loved this place. Its our office go to for after work drinks. Looking forward to it re-opening so I can end this dry January malarkey and resume those Friday shenanigans!

Brilliant night out definitely one of my favourites in London always there to arrange my teams nights out. Fantastic customer service and delivery through out the evening overall. Will be revisiting again!

Brilliant night out for my sister's bday! The team arranged a Birthday Package and all the different rooms are amazing. Can't wait to see the new venue and see what's been done to the club!
15 Jan 2016 by nikki227

Great night was had by all celebrating a friends birthday. The food was amazing and reasonable as well, would recommend getting before 8 pm to make the most of happy hour. Loved the music downstairs in both rooms, would definitely go back again!

I don't understand why Le Pain Quotidian paid such a money for this event. Bar was so slow and unorganised which wasn't a main problem. I could live with that. But the security was rubbish. Really horrible. They were rude and insulting people for no reason. I won't never come back and I will spread the word around. My impression was really bad because of the security. It was disgrace and big disappointment. Horrible.

*comment moderated* People witness it all & the manager accuses the woman of lying. Throws the woman out & let's the guy party on. Utterly disgusted by these people. Never again.

I went here on Friday night and agree with all the bad comments. The bar staff are awful, the door staff rude and not sticking to arrangements made by our firm for free entry before 1am, staff were incredibly rude around the dance floor if you were to even put your handbag down in a corner, literally picked them up and put them on the outside of the dance floor without so much as a please/thank you. Will not be returning.

Thank you for recent feedback for Sway – We take all comments on board to help improve our product and service. Clearly on this isolated occasion a few points need to be addressed. Sway strives to maintain a fun, but most importantly a safe environment for all of our customers. Unfortunately due to the busy nature of Sway, we do not allow any unattended items to be left near or on our dancefloor. We operate a complimentary manned cloakroom to ensure all items are left securely for evening. We are sorry to hear this was not communicated on the night, and will be looking in to the matter further. We would hate for your recent experience to leave a long lasting inaccurate interpretation of the level of service and standards we usually adhere to, and would like to invite you back to us on a night of your choice. Please do let us know your thoughts, (Contact - James.Palmer-Broome@novusleisure.com)

Went there for a friend's birthday. We were very disappointed with the venue. Disrespectful staff on the door (two black guys). The manager (white bald guy) was completely useless. Won't go there again

This place is terrible. Everyone is too wrecked and out of control. *comment moderated* in here & the management just wanted me out of the way, they wanted nothing to do with it. I had to take myself to hospital and call the police myself, all they were concerned about was not letting anyone else in the club see how rough it is and damaging their reputation. Avoid this place, there are much better places to go - try Guanabara.

The comedy on a Saturday is really good. I've seen some really good comedians there. Plus the food before the show was lovely.

Loved the cheap drinks but wasnt so keen on the clientele - definitely not a classy place or somewhere you'd go to impress. However if you're up for a laugh and a cheap night out go here!
23 Jul 2012 by sunnyday

Really good new decor. Completely different to the crap this place used to be. Great for a fun friday or sat night out with no pretense. Dance around to club classics, chart house and groovy music in the flashing dancefloor room!!

Great bar since the new rennovation! If you want to go out and party in central london you should def try this place!

Hidden away off the Kingsway, pretty easy to get to. Closer to Holborn than Covent Garden. Upstairs is your standard bar, took a while to get served and then the floor randomly erupted into a Salsa evening. After trying to join in and looking silly we went downstairs, the layout down there is a bit confusing but we found the rest of our friends in the bar. Young crowd, but a nice atmosphere. Good number of drink deals in happy hour too.

Smells like someone has drunk too much JD and chucked it up everywhere. Quite a nasal experience.
