How do I access my account?
You can either log in, reset your password or sign up.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

DesignMyNight acts as the software supplier for venues to manage their own bookings. For any changes, cancellations or queries about your booking please contact the venue directly. The easiest thing to do is to cancel using the link on your confirmation email, or reply directly to any emails relating to your booking so their reservation team can pick it up.

My booking isn't showing in my Account.
Only bookings made on will appear in your DesignMyNight account & receive reward points. 
If you continued through to the venues own website to book, it will not appear in your DesignMyNight profile.

How do I change my password?

Easy! You can change your password by visiting My Account.

How do I manage my newsletter preferences?

Sign into your account, select “Emails” from the top menu, and tick or untick the relevant newsletter boxes.
