From April onwards, wander on over to The BBQ Club on London's Southbank to enjoy a six-course tasting menu dedicated to championing some of the capital's finest local artisan suppliers and the most sustainable produce. The restaurant's team will take you through each dish, letting you know the origin of the ingredients and there's even the chance to watch it come to life over fire from your table. For £60 each, you can expect to wolf down chermoula lamb leg shish drizzled with a forged wild garlic sauce and passion fruit s'mores for dessert.
