temper brings steak, fish and a carefully curated selection of tequila, gin and wines to the City of London.
The second temper site in the capital, the venue serves up BBQ joints of meat cooked over charcoal in an open kitchen, served in 100g cuts. Headed up by Neil Rankin, expect a slick decor and sumptuous food like the infamous cheeseburger taco.
Whereas the Soho site offers Mexican dishes alongside the meat like tacos, the Angel Court location has a BBQ focus, with one of the world's biggest restaurant fire-pits and a dedicated butchery. When it comes to drinks, you'll find a vast menu of tequila, mezcal and gin. There's also a series of cocktails, wines, beers and ciders.
