After resounding successes in Hoxton and Clapham, Red Dog Saloon are venturing into the heart of London with their new Soho posting.
If you couldn't already guess from the name, these venues draw heavy influence from the wild west saloons formed during the height of the "Gold Rush". Naturally, you should expect an assortment of American ornamentation here - buffalo skulls, longhorns and Native-American memorabilia are found furnishing the Hoxton and Clapham postings.
Undoubtedly, the real draw here is the food. Soho is set to experience authentic American BBQ - top-quality cuts of meat slow-roasted over aromatic hickory wood in Red Dog Saloon’s award-winning smokers. Expect truly mouth-watering grub in the form of BBQ classics - Pulled Pork, 16-hour smoked Brisket, and St. Louis Cut Ribs are all served with a selection of substantial sides to choose from such as Fried Okra, Fried Green Tomatoes, Mac and Cheese and succulent Hot Link Sausages. On top of that, this venue promises to have a cracking selection of booze to wash it all down - American beers, new-fangled Margarita concoctions and no fewer than 17 different sipping tequilas too!
