Located in Hove, Tapestry is a stylish neighbourhood bar that's ideal for a romantic outing this Valentine's Day. Expect a classic design, from its leather barstools and sofas to the wooden tables, with lots of pretty greenery dotted around the room.

They serve four or six-course seasonal set menus from £55 per person, with the option to add on wine pairings as well. The tasting menu, inspired by travel, childhood favourites and global street food, showcases dishes like scallop tikka masala, prawn dumplings, pork belly and lamb hand rolls, all crafted with micro-seasonal British and international ingredients. Expect around 12 to 15 courses of big flavours, umami, fire and fat, all paired optionally with carefully selected drinks from around the world.
