Hailed and best known for winning the 6th series of Masterchef: The Professionals in 2013, not only is Steven Edwards the youngest ever winner of the competition, he's also the brains behind Etch.
The venue is hosted in a former bank, retaining some of those traditional elements while boasting a swish contemporary look, with dark blue walls, modern art, and a view of the open kitchen.
The food is based around a six-or-eight course monthly changing tasting menu, made mostly of ingredient-led dishes taking advantage of the Sussex countryside.
