London stalwart The Ivy has opened a Brighton outpost in The Lanes.
With space for 240 diners along with a private dining room for 20, the restaurant's interiors include an onyx bar, artwork from local artists and marble floor tiles. Open from breakfast to dinner seven days a week, the kitchen serves stand-out dishes such as lobster linguine and hot buttermilk pancakes with berries and yoghurt.
The original Ivy, opened in 1917, has been a celeb hot spot for more than 100 years. As well as dishes such as tuna sashimi, foie gras and seared tiger prawns, the venue is also known for their cocktail list which touts a selection of classics along with a few more modern offerings.
