Six is an organic restaurant in Brighton.

The venue isn’t just one of the most natural restaurants around, it’s also one of the prettiest. The bright white colour scheme keeps it welcoming, with the hanging plants alongside the mirrors playing into the natural theme. There’s a black wooden bar to sit round as well as seats, chesterfield sofas, and more formal dining seats.

At Six they hope to use as much natural, local and organic ingredients as possible, from breakfast and brunch through to dinner, and creating a delicious European menu. They offer freshly roasted organic coffee as well as bottomless prosecco for brunch. To wash it down, you can sip on ethically supplied cocktails and organic wines.
