Bohemia is one of the best pretty cocktail bars in Brighton. Situated in The Lanes, this drinking hub specialises in creative concoctions and impressive, yet, unconventional decor. Hit up the sultry hub to enjoy late-night antics, live music and a plethora of bubbling brews.

You can even catch live jazz or DJ sets here, or head up to the Veuve Clicquot rooftop terrace for views of the town. If you're peckish, peruse their menu of sirloin steaks, crispy harissa chicken, miso-glazed aubergine and much more.

Tutto Brighton

Tutto can be found in a former banking hall on Duke Street, flaunting lots of pretty greenery among the simple wooden furnishings and blue leather booths. This elegant spaces focuses on top-quality Italian food and drink, made using seasonal ingredients.

Sip unique cocktails like the Spicy Blackberry Sour or a Melon and Prosciutto Martini, or choose fine wines by the glass. As for the food menu, expect everything from beef carpaccio to lobster and crayfish tagliatelle or wild garlic risotto.

Burnt Orange Brighton

The Gin Tub

After beautiful secret bars in Brighton? The Gin Tub provides you with oodles of boozed-fuelled fun. Each table in the Church Road bar has its own telephone which can be used to order, while skilled mixologists are ready to shake up quirky concoctions from a 70-strong spirit selection.

Coppa Club Brighton

Covering 3,600 square feet in the iconic Brighton Square, Coppa Club is a gorgeous bar and restaurant centred around the dolphin fountain. It has a large outdoor area complete with cosy, plant-filled igloos, as well as tables out in the open where you can soak up the sun.

The interiors are just as pretty, filled with bold, colourful furniture and even more greenery. On the menu? Everything from glazed aubergine to stone-baked nduja pizzas and seared Scottish salmon.
