Set in the heart of The Lanes, central Brighton, Bohemia is a stylish, multi-level venue known for its extroardinary cocktails, well-known DJs, rooftop terrace, and vibrant late-night energy on Friday and Saturday nights till 3am.
Bohemia operates from midday every day offering delicious home cooked modern European dishes until 9pm, when Bohemia then transitions to a late-night cocktail bar.
Bohemia is one of Brighton’s most iconic venues, that even put Brighton on the mixology cocktail map 14 years ago!
Spread across multiple floors in an old Victorian printing warehouse, Bohemia blends modern elegance with a touch of vintage charm. Inside, you’ll find cosy cocktail corners, stylish booth seating, throne seats, Beatles barstools (yes, the band) and funky artistic décor produced by the owner-couple duo.
By day, think old jazz and blues vibes for chilled afternoons, turning into an evening of classy cocktails and great upbeat tunes.
Weekends at Bohemia bring out the well-knowns resident DJs, regular live acts including saxophonists and magicians, with a late-night crowd that keeps the venue buzzing well into the early hours. Bohemia’s atmosphere adapts to suit every moment, attracting the most stylish set in town.
Through the secret wardrobe door on the famous log mezanine floor, you’ll find the exclusive Late Lounge bar, housing one of Brighton’s best rooftop terraces, adorned alongside Veuve Clicquot with plush seating, ideal for open-air late-night drinks. The Late Lounge is where the cocktail masterclasses take place, as well as regular singles events and private functions.
Every Thursday, Bohemia hosts live music nights that spotlight local Sussex talent, featuring everything from smooth jazz and funk to 80s classics and modern pop, giving you the perfect mid-week boost!
Bohemia’s cocktail menu is curated with flair and expert knowledge, featuring everything from signature serves to unique creations with a touch of drama. Cocktail Masterclasses, led by Bohemia’s top mixologists, offer a lively, interactive experience where guests get behind the scenes (and behind the bar) to shake, mix, and sip their way through timeless classics.
