A Victorian staple on Kings Road, The Star, is a Brighton favourite. Dating back to 1750, this historic site was once a hotel that shosted iconic guests such as Winston Churchill, Charlie Chaplin and more. After something a little different? The place is rumoured to have mysterious tunnels running to town hall, and a resident-friendly ghost.

Created by the same team behind The Pond and Easy Tiger at The Hampton, Star & Garter is your classic moody pub in eyeshot of the sea.

If you're after a bite to eat our delicious street food kitchen B'neen (16th Jan) have a great menu that takes inspiration from around the Mediterranean, North Africa and the Middle East. Big flavours, delicious plates designed to share.
