Book a table for afternoon tea and enjoy three tiers of sumptuous sweet and savoury delights and your choice of tea from their Grand selection of more than 30 traditional infusions and exclusive blends. For an extra special occasion, opt for the Moet afternoon tea or the Brighton G&Tea, which includes a beautiful Brighton Gin & tonic. After the sun has set over the sea, you can take a seat in the cosy Terrace and enjoy a cocktail or two alongside dishes from their Grill menu, which has been specially designed by their talented team as a modern take on classic grill dishes with a focus on perfect pairings and locally sourced meat and produce. 

At their restaurant, Cyan, you can sample irresistible small plates, share their spectacular platters, and raise a glass or two of your favourite local tipple. As well as their seasonal all-day dining menu, they serve an incredible two course roast on Sundays for just £22 per person.
