Tutto Brighton

An Italian restaurant and wine bar on Marlborough Place, Tutto is found inside a renovated 1930s bank. It was created by Razak Helalat, the restauranteur behind Burnt Orange and The Coal Shed, flaunting chic, colourful interiors.

They serve fine wines by the glass or bottle, with a huge selection from regions all over Italy. There's plenty of tasty food up for grabs too, including venison ragu pappardelle, chicken Milanese or aubergine parmigiana.

Burnt Orange Brighton

Located within The Lanes, Burnt Orange is brought to you by the team behind behind The Salt Room and The Coal Shed. It's found inside a former coach house, that retains many of its original 16th century features, as well as more modern touches like plush velvet seating and glossy wooden tables.

They serve a wide variety of white, red, rose and even orange wines, many of which are available by the glass. Feeling peckish? They also serve everything from smoked miso aubergine to charred hispi cabbage and barbecue skirt steak.

Wild Flor is located in Hove, the first restaurant dreamed up by the talented team of former Cin Cin manager James Thompson, wine expert Robert Maynard, chef Ollie Darby and front of house manager Faye Hudson.

The bistro-style space features exposed brick walls and rustic wooden furniture, and there are all sorts of tasty dishes on the menu. The wine selection has been designed with food pairings in mind, and there are some more unusual options available for seasoned vino drinkers.

Fourth & Church is a bistro cafe and food shop that serves mouth-watering dishes, coupled with exquisite wines. Highlighting locally sourced ingredients, each dish served here is bursting with flavour. However, it's the endless collection of both old and new-world wines that have caught our eye. Whether you prefer an earthy red or a crisp white wine, this wine bar in Hove will definitely be able to accommodate your drinking needs.
