The Salt Room

A beauty on the beachfront, The Salt Room is so much more than a restaurant with impeccable views. Hunker down here and enjoy some seriously mouthwatering Sussex produce, British seafood and juicy steaks while soaking up the impressive scenery that surrounds you.

While it's not technically a restaurant, this Brighton haunt has some incredible views from its rooftop. Stop by on a sunny day to top up your tan, sip some of their signature tipples and make your way through their menu of classic pub grub while overlooking the town below.

Named after the murmurations of starlings that fly by West Pier, Murmur is one of Brighton's best restaurants with a view. Head on over to the arches and you'll find them tucked away with a prime position for alfresco eating and drinking with views of the seaside.

Located within the boutique Selina hotel, The Old Pier is an all-new restaurant on the beachfront. Not only can you enjoy hot slices of sourdough in cool surroundings, but there's panoramic views of Brighton's iconic sights from the dining room, including the i360 and West Pier.
