Description
The fifth venue from the Gingerman Restaurants group, Flint House is a 50-cover bar and restaurant specialising in small plates and quality wines perfect for relaxed, casual dining near Brighton's town centre.
Located on the newly developed Hanningtons Lane, the two-storey building also boasts an external courtyard and perfect little suntrap on the roof for eating and drinking during the summer months.
The kitchen, which stands open to the dining area, will be serving up a stunning range of casual small plates made with primarily local ingredients, alongside some larger dishes designed for sharing. On top of this the bar stocks an excellent selection of wines, as well as some highly sippable cocktails.
