Masala y Maíz's genre-defying cooking, blending Indian, East African and Mexican culinary lineages, has earned them global acclaim, from Chef's Table to TIME's World's Greatest Places, and now it lands high above Euston Road. Expect a menu shaped by native maize, vibrant market flavours and cross-continental influences spanning Kenya, Ethiopia, India and California, all filtered through Decimo's own bold, open-fire cooking.
