This versatile space supports a wide variety of practices including mobility and functional movement, all styles of yoga, Pilates, capoeira, dance cardio, sound baths, breathwork, and somatic workshops. The Heart studio is specially equipped with advanced sound technology to enhance your experience. The space accommodates 60 seated or 75 standing guests or 40 yoga mats. It comes with all necessary yoga equipment, including ample mats to suit your group size. Guests also have access to on-site changing rooms for convenience.

This unique blend of cultural influences and cutting-edge technology creates a versatile, energising atmosphere where culture, creativity, and celebration come together. The space accommodates 80 seated or 150 standing. It features an integrated professional sound system, flexible lighting. Movable furnishings. Guests also have access to on-site changing rooms, and the space can be connected with other areas of The Sanctuary for multi-room experiences.
