In a special session, guests will first try some of the Half Hitch's finest gins, before learning all about the spirit courtesy of the gin specialists behind the bar. After that, you'll have the chance to create your own bespoke gin, made using ingredients that you've brought from home.

For the chance to really get to grips with your favourite caffeinated beverage, this unique masterclass will be bestowing on you the secrets of the bean, from history to crafting the perfect home brew.

Step into M Restaurant and you'll be greeted by an interior of deep dark tonnes, lavish interiors and impeccable service. But while the delicious food and beautiful inside is one bonus, they also have their own dedicated wine tasting area, meaning you can sample the wines before indulging in a bottle yourself.

It's all about gin at this quirky masterclass. Located in Hackney's Martello Hall and two South London bars, you can go on a journey through the history of gin, before sipping on GTs, tasting tonics and blending botanicals as you create your very own gins to take away.
