The team at the Half Hitch Micro Brewery in Camden are throwing open their doors this Autumn, inviting guests to a special masterclass revolving around all the wonders of gin. In a special session, guests will first try some of the Half Hitch's finest gins, before learning all about the spirit courtesy of the gin specialists behind the bar. After that, you'll have the chance to create your own bespoke gin, made using ingredients that you've brought from home.

This summer, Hackney Brewery is turning 8 and they've teamed up with the Geffrye Museum of the Home to throw an awesome celebration. Expect an evening of talks, workshops and delicious food and drink from a few of the brewery's best mates. 

For the chance to really get to grips with your favourite caffeinated beverage, this unique masterclass will be bestowing on you the secrets of the bean, from history to crafting the perfect home brew.

Set sail on a unique gin cruise around the Olympic Park this summer. You'll get to sip on four bespoke mixes, accompanied by a short history lesson, all served in crystal glasses that can be kept as a souvenir, with a couple of other goodies thrown in too. 

Head to Parsons Green where Pilango is opening up its shop floor for a series of tastings and masterclasses where you'll sample everything from Champagne-style fizz to dessert ciders.

It's all about gin at this quirky masterclass. Located in Hackney's Martello Hall and two South London bars, you can go on a journey through the history of gin, before sipping on GTs, tasting tonics and blending botanicals as you create your very own gins to take away.
