The experienced Sem's of Mayfair team also offer an array of bar experiences including Gin Tastings, Whiskey Nosing and Rum Tasting. These are available for small parties in the bar or if you wish, can be arranged in one of the private suites to accommodate larger groups.

The Chesterfield Mayfair offers guests an innovative gin and tonic experience. With four menus to choose from guests are welcome to explore a multitude of gin and tonic pairings, encouraging unique combinations and flavours. Their resident mixologist will be on hand to guide you through.
DRY: No 3 and Fentimans tonic with grapefruit twist / FLORAL: Martin Miller's and Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic with strawberry and crushed pepper / SPICED: Monkey 47 and 1724 tonic with juniper berries.
