The club event was a ticket event that would require tickets to be purchased on the door if they were not purchased in advance. We are a bar serving food and not a restaurant so we are always quite busy but constantly strive to improve, all of our staff are trained to the highest standards but some of them learn faster than others :)

Reply from TrapezeDear Ana, we apologize for the delay in getting back to you, we wanted to investigate this further. Firstly we would like to apologize on the mistake that was made about your dinner booking: we have since changed and clarified our booking procedures and no longer accept more than 8 people – a booth’s capacity – for dinner unless a special request is made sufficiently early for us to be able to accommodate. We take your complaint about the food very seriously, we did leave contact details in order to process the alleged food poisoning case but have not heard anything yet. We have checked all our cooking temperature records and all have been completed in accordance with HACCP guidelines however for us to log a AFP case for our external food safety regulators to examine we need a form completed. I’m sorry to hear that your friend was escorted out –usually when someone starts being sick it is 99% of the time because of alcohol and we cannot allow overly intoxicated customers to stay in the premises for their own safety. I’m glad to hear that at least you enjoyed our selection of great music thanks to our DJ of the night, El Mariachi. Once again we apologise for the issues you experienced and hope it did not overshadow any previous positive visits to Trapeze. Morgane
