Drag Bingo with Ula Lah

@ Effra Social on Friday 30th October 2026 and 2 other Fridays

Effra Social presents a Drag Bingo event that promises to kick off your weekend the right way (and the wrong way, in a good way...). Ula Lah is taking over the Brixton party bar for one Friday each month for a wild number-spinning bonanza that will entertain, test your reflexes and see you (hopefully) winning some fabulous prizes.

It's free to attend and even involves some special guests and shot giveaways throughout the game. Want the night to continue whether you win or lose? Order in a round of cocktails and hit the dancefloor thanks to the venue's 1am closing time.

Brixton Jamm

A staple of the South London's party scene for over 10 years, Brixton Jamm is bigger and better than ever. After a full refurbishment, it's now packing an extended club room and the first Martin Audio MLA Compact sound system to be installed into a UK venue.

Outside, the courtyard welcomes all kinds of events, top class DJs and street food stalls. Whether you're here for a quiz, gig, club night or just because, you'll be in no hurry to leave.

Pop Brixton

It's almost impossible to get bored at Pop Brixton, as there's just so much to do there. This social hotspot is made up of repurposed shipping containers in the heart of Brixton, creating a space that's full of independent bars, restaurants, shops and more. They often host live music and cultural festivals here on their spacious stage, as well as on their sunny outdoor terrace. What's more, you can much on tasty street food such as lamb jalfrezi burgers, katsu curry or pad Thai, while sipping pints or cocktails from a number of vendors.
