Get ready for a fun festive challenge this Christmas over at The Big Birmingham Bake, found in Digbeth. After becoming an absolute hit in London and Manchester, the quirky baking experience brought their iconic marquee to Birmingham. With space for up to 12 teams of two, it's ideal for couples, friends, colleagues and family who fancy trying something a little different for their Christmas get-together.

You'll be set up at a real cooking station, with the ingredients and recipe provided, and then get 90 minutes to create your festive masterpiece. So, whack on your apron and put your whisking, stirring and tasting skills to the test in the hopes of winning the best bake. You'll then get to take your bake home to enjoy.

If boozy brunching is your thins this Christmas, then head to cool restaurant bar The Botanist in the city centre. This rustic destination is filled with vintage decor and lots of luscious greenery, and they've got a cracking selection of cocktails on offer.
