Sushi fans may well have heard of the ever-popular Sticks'n'Sushi: a unique concept that blends sophisticated Japanese dining with sleek Danish architecture. The group was founded in 1994 by brothers Jens and Kim Rahbek and Thor Andersen, inspired by their half-Japanese, half-Danish heritage. It has since become one of the most successful restaurant groups in Denmark, and they've made quite a splash in London too.

With locations everywhere from Wimbledon to Covent Garden and Canary Wharf, there's bound to be a venue right on your doorstep. Head down for fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared in a traditional fashion, as well as a relaxed but elegant atmosphere. You'll find all this, and more, when you visit one of the many Sticks'n'Sushi restaurants in London.
