Alcotraz is the prison-turned-speakeasy in the heart of the city that's coming in hot for your next night out. Head on over to sip a range of creative and classic cocktails (made by your own contraband liquor), as well as interact with guards and a hilarious warden.

Moonshine Saloon Liverpool: Western Cocktail Experience

Located on Seel Street, Moonshine Saloon is a Western-inspired immersive experience where you'll smuggle in your own bottle of liquor, which the talented bartenders will turn into four bespoke tipples for you. You'll even get to spot cowboy outfits, provided by the tailor on arrival. The live actors will take part in card games and other old-school fun with you, but make sure to avoid the Sheriff as he's out to shut down the illicit drinking den.

YO! is holding regular cookery classes over at its Liverpool ONE outpost, helping you become a bonafide sushi master in no time. Pop along to try your hand at making nigiri, maki, hand rolls and more, with drinks and nibbles to enjoy as well.
