Beyond the Alcotraz cell blocks’ confined walls lies a daring new territory where savvy inmates trade contraband cigarettes for their illicit libations - the oldest prison currency meets craft drinks.
Inmates can score their contraband cocktails from the seemingly inconspicuous 'tool shed' - the perfect front for our most covert operation yet. Whether you’re sipping our signature hooch from repurposed oil cans, enjoying craftily concealed cocktails from modified prison-issue boots, or plotting your next move with the other inmates, this isn’t just any outdoor space - it’s your own movie set where your sentence comes with a side of fresh air and immersive entertainment.
Whether you’re flexing your muscles at the gym, working on your prison yard hustle at the basketball court, or conspiring with Inmate Cassidy’s crew from the bleachers, this is an outdoor experience you are going to want to get involved in.
Booking Options
Choose one of our 4 options depending on your group size and what
you would like included.
1. Small Group - Visitor
- Gain entry to the Yard as a Visitor with a lanyard provided.
- Drinks and snacks to be purchased from the Tool Shed.
- £5 card authentication per person, charged only if you cancel/no-show.
- Instant bookings available.
2. Small Group - Inmate
- Gain entry to the Yard as an Inmate with a prison uniform provided.
- Receive 1 x drink token in the prison’s currency – cigarettes, with more drinks and snacks available to be purchased from the Tool Shed.
- £10 per person.
- Instant Bookings available.
3. Large Group (Group Size 9-30)
- Choose between 2, 3 or 4 hour stays and pay for the corresponding drink packages. You’ll receive tokens in the form of the prison’s currency – cigarettes.
- Further drinks and snacks to be purchased normally on site if needed.
- Gain entry to the Yard as an Inmate with your prison uniform provided.
- Prices range from £28 per person for 4 drink tokens up to £70 per person for 10 drink tokens.

4. Private Hire (Group Size 31-60)
- For groups of 31-60, you can enquire regarding a Private Hire through the checkout process.

If your group is bigger than 30 then we can take private hire enquiries.
You can hire The Yard for 3, 4 or 5 hours with different drink token packages ranging from £42pp for 6 drinks up to £70pp for 10 drinks.
On arrival, you will receive tokens in the form of the prison’s currency - cigarettes. 1 cigarette = 1 drink.
Further drinks and snacks to be purchased normally on site if needed.
Included in these packages you and your guests will gain entry to the Yard as an Inmate with your prison uniform provided.
