If you’ve been loving Four Restaurant's pop-ups around Brighton and Hove, you’re in for a real treat. Ex-Fat Duck chef Aaron Dalton is bringing his unique seasonal and experimental cooking techniques to 15 Vine Street, his first permanent restaurant.

Located, funnily enough, at 15 Vine Street, the restaurant will feature 30 covers and cook everything on open flames. Fresh, smoked meat sandwiches are on the menu Monday - Friday lunchtimes via a dedicated hatch, while Thursday, Friday and Saturday will give guests the opportunity to tuck into a tasting menu of ever-evolving fresh dishes. In true Brighton style, the restaurant will aim to be as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible.

The good stuff doesn’t stop there, as they’ve also teamed-up with Good Things Brewing to deliver a sumptuous Sunday roast, as well as working with local heroes Tom from Lost Boys at The Joker and Luke from Cafe Plenty. Got a craving for a hearty brunch? It sounds like Chef Aaron is working on his own twist on brekkie dishes, the smoked bone marrow on sourdough with parsley butter and topped with a fried egg is looking pretty darn good.
