Situated on New Road, Furna is the town's newest restaurant that's run by Yorkshire-born chef Dave Mothersill. Known for cooking up tasty grub across some of the best kitchens in the area, including Terre à Terre, The Salt Room and The Gingerman, he’s now striking out on his first solo venture.

As for interiors? Head inside the gorgeous 37-cover venue, where you'll be met with Georgian-inspired features, banquette seating and a stunning green colour palette. To top it off, there's also an open kitchen for front-row views of the cooking action.

Expect elevated plates, such as mushroom agnolotti with black garlic, parmesan and Wiltshire truffle or Cornish monkfish served alongside smoked eel. And for an added £65? You can get also get wine pairings. Win, win.
