The wine-list here is vegan-only and the basement area of this three-floored venue boasts a dedicated cocktail bar! After their successes in Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol, 1847 are venturing into seaside city, Brighton. Here, they'll be serving up four contemporary menus that comprise of delectable, locally-sourced vegan and vegetarian dishes. Each menu is daringly creative, but always delish - Brightonians can get their chops around the likes of vegan fish and chips, in which the 'fish' is actually ginger ale battered halloumi! In terms of the tipples, 1847 have carefully curated a 'vegan wine' list that complements the menus commendably.
