Apples & Pears - Pumpkin Pie Martini

Combining the season's best produce with a healthy injection of booze, Apples & Pears is treating our tastebuds by whipping up a Pumpkin Pie Martini. A delicious, autumnal mix, it features Flor De Cana 12yo rum, homemade garam masala syrup, cinnamon vanilla, egg yolk and a splodge of pumpkin puree. It's going to be totally gourd-geous.

Apothecary East - Tzatziki Cooler

Apothecary East is a laid-back Japanese restaurant and bar found just off Great Eastern Street, boasting slinky, minimalist decor and weekend DJ sets. As for its special cocktail this month? It's a lip-smacking Tzatziki Cooler. Aptly named, this libation fuses the flavours of Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, cucumber and mint with a delicious dose of London dry gin.
