From gorgeous sky-high haunts to kooky underground watering holes and immersive cocktail experiences, the city has you set with these buzzworthy spots. So what are you waiting for? Put the phone down and check them out for yourself.
Tonight Josephine
Fab for girls' nights out, Tonight Josephine is a pink palace with locations in Clapham, Waterloo and Shoreditch. Named after Josephine de Beauharnais, the wife of Napoleon and France’s first empress, it comes as no surprise that the venue takes inspo in female empowerment through its décor, cocktails and buzzing dancefloor. Oh, and the glittering quotes on the walls alone make this TikTok famous bar a trendy hotspot.
Alcotraz
This next destination gives a new meaning to 'behind bars'. With locations in London, Liverpool, Manchester and Brighton, Alcotraz is an immersive experience inspired by the American prison. You and the gang will get to don your very own orange jumpsuit as you smuggle in your own alcohol. From there, a mixologist will bring bespoke cocktails to your cell, but be careful, you don’t want to be caught by the warden…
Laki Kane
When it comes to TikTok famous London restaurants, Laki Kane had to make our list. After all, when you watch videos, you’ll see this pan-Asian restaurant’s epic brunch deal and tiki drinks featured. At just £49, you can enjoy bottomless cocktails for 90 glorious minutes all while chowing down on three cracking courses. It also doesn't hurt that the venue is drop-dead gorgeous with botanical decor and plush seating.
Searcys
Excellent for intimate date nights, Searcys deserves that TikTok like and then some. One of the most famous bars in London, the stunner is known for its lush location and sleek décor. Check out levels 39 and 40 of the skyscraper for Helix Restaurant and Iris Bar, and you’ll be able to sip Champagne and munch on bar snacks all while admiring the 360-degree views of the city.
Skylight
Hands down one of the best bars in London, Skylight is a stunning shout during the summertime. Fronting one of the largest rooftop spaces (12,500 square feet to be exact), the Tobacco Dock spot has pretty string lights, wooden tables and a plethora of cocktails. The Cinco Picante and espresso martini are fab choices; plus you can tuck into street food or sharing platters if you get a bit peckish.
Cahoots
Situated in the heart of Soho, Cahoots is a 1940s-inspired bar worth getting stuck into. Head to the former underground station where you’ll get to order kooky concoctions from a newspaper-style menu. Set alongside a train carriage, it’s the perfect place to soak up the vintage vibes while slinging back a drink or two. Plus, there are bar snacks to boot – we mean the likes of Yorkshire puddings and salt cod cakes.
Ballie Ballerson
This TikTok famous bar will have you going balls deep literally. Showcasing quirky interiors and bottomless pizza brunches, Ballie Ballerson is ideal for team night’s out and birthday celebrations. After exploring this adult playground's iconic ball pit and snapping a million pics for Insta, hit the bar and grab one of their unique cocktails. The Skittles Sour is a heady mix of pink gin, limoncello and Skittles – a real taste of the rainbow.
London Bridge Rooftop
Boasting The Shard as a backdrop, London Bridge Rooftop is a no-brainer. Excellent for nights out with friends, the venue whips up top-notch cocktails, as well as traditional Spanish tapas from The Black Pig with White Pearls. If that wasn’t enough, there’s also a DJ spinning chart-topping hits all while you take in the insane views.
Incognito
Ready to enter a world of pure imagination? Incognito is a Kingston bar that takes inspiration from all over the world to create a stunning, unique venue. This secretive drinking den fronts multi-sensory cocktails that are based on experiences and emotions, whether that's the seaside-inspired Candyman or The Holy Grail, served in old-fashioned chalices.
Mayor of Scaredy Cat Town
When you go to The Breakfast Club in Shoreditch, we’ve got a little secret for you. Ask for the mayor, and you’ll be led to an unassuming Smeg fridge. Head inside and you’ll be shocked to see it’s actually a cool basement bar in London called Mayor of Scaredy Cat Town. Boasting vintage décor and speakeasy vibes, the venue whips up killer cocktails. Our fave is the Rosco Pisco Train, a beaut blend of 1615 pisco, black cherry reserve, lemon and egg white.
