sketch is a much talked about restaurant and bar... A destination place for imaginative food, art and music. Fabulous, quirky 'must-see' decor and friendly staff will help you create the perfect atmosphere for a memorable night out.

Since its opening in 2002 by master chef Pierre Gagnaire and restauranteur Momo Mazouz, it has attracted a lot of media attention for its myriad food, drinks and entertainment. Serving exquisite and refined cuisine inspired by Gagnaire's eponymous three star restaurant in Paris, it is one of best dining experiences in the West End.

Regularly hosting a number of art exhibitions, currently by Turner Prize Nominated artist and fourth plinth commissioned David Shirgley, the venue has been the destination for many art, architecture and design experiments throughout the years. An incredibly unique venue its combination of art, food and drinks make it one of the best dining experiences in Mayfair.

sketch do not take bookings for drinks. They work on a first come first served basis. They recommend getting there at 8pm or before. Once there you can request to have a drink in Glade, The Parlour or East Bar.

I really loved the place. We booked a table at the restaurant which is very well decorated and fancy. But was very disappointed with the food. Really disappointed. There is also a salon that is suitable for afternoon tea or lounges that looked really really nice. We even went to one of the dancing/DJ place but it wasn't that great.

Fun and slightly quirky venue. Visited for afternoon tea. The tea was nothing special but the decor made up for the food. The famous pod toilets are worth a visit for them alone.

If you want to impress someone take them to Sktech. Amazing interior design with different themed rooms, two for dining and two bars. The main attraction is without a doubt..the toilets (for anyone who hasn't been you need to pay them a visit) The drinks are delicious yet expensive however the bar tenders will happily mix you up something if you can't choose from the menu. It is a popular venue so it is worth booking to avoid dissapointment

Quirky, cool, design-led - love it! Very expensive and book first though...
