We all know there’s nothing quite as satisfying as a hearty burger, but El Perro Negro go one step further. Having scooped up the UK Burger of the Year for their Top Dog in 2019, the Finnieston-based restaurant have a second venture for Glaswegians to explore, and this time they've set up in the West End.

The casual restaurant comes just 18 months after the opening of their flagship, and features all the staples that the city has grown to love, including the award winner. However, the Woodlands El Perro Negro have added a few extra goodies to their menu. The main draw? A brunch offering that includes chicken and waffles, hock madame and the Mexican-inspired frijoles y huevos. For those with a sweet tooth, they're slinging out soft serve ice cream with homemade toppings. Of course, there's lashings of cocktails to wash it all down with...we’re looking at you whisky sours.

Staying true to form, all the ingredients are organic and ethically-sourced while maintaining an affordable price tag, as El Perro Negro continue their conscious effort to make premium ingredients accessible to the masses.
