Brunch dishes, vegetarian delicacies and fruity cocktails reign supreme at Glasgow’s newest restaurant. EVOO are promising a new style of small plates, with a mix of Italian, Spanish and Greek influences all making up the menu.
Located in the heart of the city, EVOO’s menu of enticing eats includes roasted sea bass, braised pig cheeks and lamb keftedes. Meanwhile, veggies can munch away on charred aubergine parmigiana, tarragon and truffle wild mushrooms and courgette trifolati. There are also sweet treats of tiramisu and creme Catalan to round off your European dining adventure.
Brunch is an additional focus for the restaurant, with offerings of baked egg and chorizo, merguez sausages, Mediterranean frittata and more flowing out of the kitchen between 10- 2pm everyday.
