Oeuf is an all-new café and restaurant described as being, ‘Wes Anderson meets Parisian macaron shop’, making it a total haven for Instagram snapping in Brighton. Think pastel interiors of mint green and gold, with plenty of cute furnishings adding to the vibe.

Located on Third Avenue in Hove, the café will offer seafront views, a secret garden and stylish interiors that combine library lounge and coffee bar furnishings. As for the food? Oeuf will specialize in breakfast and brunch dishes (hence the name for ‘egg’ in French), with skillets of shakshuka, crushed avo piadina, berry chia smoothie bowls, fluffy bacon pancakes and of course, full English breakfasts.

That’s not all though as Oeuf will host a number of events, with local florist Lara Sanjar’s Wild Renata Flowers opening a pop-up shop from 3rd October. The owners are also arranging pottery making classes, flower arranging, wreath decorating and lots more with dates to be confirmed.
