Oeuf is an all-new eatery on Third Avenue in Hove, toting seafront views, a secret garden and ‘Wes Anderson meets Parisian macaron shop’ interiors. A haven for Instagram snapping in Brighton, it’s a picturesque pastel setting for munching breakfast and brunch plates.

The menu consists of classic breakfast dishes such as Oeufs Benedict, Florentine and Troyal (with smoked Chalkstream trout). There’s also skillet dishes of shakshuka, piadina with a range of toppings, chia smoothie bowls and of course, full English breakfasts. There will even be a range of events to explore after your munching, including pottery making classes, flower arranging and wreath decorating.
