Whilst Ginger's may be latched on to infamous Glynn Purnell restaurant Purnell's, they've truly been making a name for themselves as a cocktail institution unto their own thanks to their globally inspired flavours and jaw dropping concoctions, with dessert no themed left behind. From their 'Delightful Turkish' to their 'Rhubard Mumble', Ginger's have been nabbing traditional dessert ingredients and giving them a feisty edge.
