If you're anything like us, you'd happily spend your whole life basking in the warm glow of the summer sunshine, and luckily for you, these bars and restaurants are letting you do just that. We've rounded up some of the best places for alfresco drinks in Birmingham, from chic eateries fronting sleek terraces to a whole world of beautiful beer gardens and romantic rooftops to add to your bucket list.

The Botanist Birmingham

£8.95 Lunch Menu

Located right in the heart of the city, The Botanist is a charming destination for outdoor drinks. Their spacious beer garden boasts canalside views, and they've also got a gorgeous pergola for the winter to keep you covered.

They host live music on a regular basis, and they've got a cracking cocktail menu to boot. On the food front, expect everything from roasted portobello mushroom burgers to Asian pork belly bites and pan-fried sea bass.

The High Field

A former Art Deco townhouse near the botanical gardens, The High Field is one of the best spots for alfresco drinks - think Aperol spritz and excellent vino. Offering up a lush, green garden complete with two terraces, the Edgbaston pub has space for you and all your mates.
