At this months Alma Dining Club we have created a wonderful 7-course tasting menu to showcase our in-house aged meats and our newly installed Josper Oven. We will be butchering down an Aberdeen Angus cow and aging it in-house and use the majority of the beef to create a culinary masterpiece.
All of this will be perfectly paired, by Abbie from Berkmann, with wines to match each course
