Sipsmith Mad Hatters Tea Party
A mad hatters themed food pairing event that celebrates everything that is great about Sipsmith Gin and pub food. Three Sipsmith cocktails perfectly paired with a celebratory spring menu designed by our head chef.
The evening will start with a Sipsmith G&T on arrival as a welcome drink, with an introduction to the Sipsmith brand, their story and range of spirits. During the course of the evening, your Sipsmith rep will talk guests through the distillation process and methods used to produce each spirit as well as the serve that has been paired with each course.
All of this will be complemented with by a hint of 'Mad Hatter' theme.
The menu for the evening
Starter:
Beetroot & orange cured salmon, pickled cucumber, golden beats, radish, pea shoots. Served with London Cup.
Main:
Braised ox cheek , crispy smoked bacon, caramelised shallots, mash with marrow & lovage oil. Served with Lemon Drizzle.
Dessert:
Chocolate fondant, salted caramel ice-cream. Served with Sloe Gin.
All of this for £15.
