The beer banquet is back, this time we have partnered with Purity Brewing.
5 dishes & 5 perfectly paired beers served up family style. Simple.
Join us on the 20th September for an evening filled with pub classics & comfort treats inspired by American diners with an English twist.
You'll be greeted with a glass of Bunny Hop, their latest beer an extra hopped pale ale. The evening will start with a chat from one of the brewery's rep Matt so you know more about one of the most sustainable manufacturers in the UK, their brewery, beers and how they started. As each dish is brought out our head chef Roldan will be here to explain more about the food & where it came from. You will be presented with a beer [or two] for you to learn about why they work well together and what hops and malts bring out certain flavours in the food.
The dishes for the night will be:
Pork & Chorizo Scotch Egg with Pure Gold
Hickory Smoked Rack of Ribs with Mad Goose
Cajun Spiced Whole Roast Chicken marinated in & paired with Longhorn
Beef Short Rib with UBU
Cheese board with Saddle Black
