Check out the Insta-worthy frozen afternoon tea this summer.

Here’s the scoop...

National Ice Cream month is kicking off this July, and in honour of this lip-smacking holiday, Halo Top Creamery and White City’s Bluebird Café are launching a frozen afternoon tea. The first of its kind in the UK, this sweet offering celebrates the ‘special relationship’ between our country and the USA.

Blending signature flavours from both nations, the low-calorie creations include Strawberry Cheesecake Sticks, dipped in white chocolate and topped with dried strawberries, Red Velvet Scones accompanied by a decadent all-American red velvet ice cream, and Candy Bar Macaroons, filled with candy-flavoured ice cream. Wanna party like it's your birthday? The Gateau Opera Birthday Cake is the treat for you, perfectly washed down with the Cookies and Cream Freak Shake.

If you’re searching for something a little more red, white and blue, check out the star-spangled Cinnamon Roll Royal. This decadent delight pairs cinnamon roll ice cream with candied apples and is piped into a ginger snap cylinder, before topped with burnt meringue. The result? An American pie flavour with a crisp British ginger snap.

To wrap your chops on this drool-worthy sweet treat, head to Bluebird Café White City Television Centre, Wood Ln, White City, London W12 7FR. It's here that you can feast on frozen goodies Thursday - Saturday 3pm-4:30pm. Tickets are £21.50 with additional bubbles for £10. The offer ends on 27th July.
