When you first walk in, expect to see several nods to Mexico, including an archway lined with palm trees. Decked out in hanging ornaments, wicker chairs, comfy sofas and a plethora of tropical plants, the venue is a dreamy wanderlust for beach bums. For real vacay vibes, you can also lounge in a hammock or a bookable cabana bed.
Feeling a bit peckish? You’ll see the likes of Crudo Cevicheria, Burger Shack and Dos Mas Tacos slinging out the most Mexcellent eats and cracking cocktails. In addition, Pergola has partnered with Corona, so you and the gang can kick back with a beer on draught or bottled table service.
Fancy coming on the weekend? Their Saturday Dusk at Pergola Paraiso is an epic affair.
