Filthy plant-based junk food is hitting Shoreditch, just in time for Veganuary.

TV’s Gizzi Erskine and nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson have collaborated once more to bring plant-based junk food to the masses. Their site Filth Foods follows the success of Pure Filth with a pop-up on the Dirty Burger site for three months.

In perfect time for Veganuary, this addition to London’s bustling vegan fast food scene will be serving up signatures burgers that according to the chef, “taste as good as an old-fashioned cheeseburger”. The F!LTH burger is a beetroot and black sesame bun with black bean, black lentil, non-GMO soy patty and a secret umami paste to add the savoury taste of a fast food burger. That’s then topped with lettuce, gherkins, beetroot ketchup and a garlic roasted aioli to complete the sustainably-sourced final product. Alongside these, guests will get to indulge in the ‘addictive’ sweet potato fries with miso dusting.

Filth Foods will be taking residency at 13 Bethnal Green Rd, London E1 6LA until 4th March.
