Following on from the success of previous events, The Gun is delighted to announce a gourmet night exhibiting the talents of head chef Matt Colk.
Matt has created a mouth watering 6 course tasting menu as he takes you on a journey of taste and sensation with a selection of his favourite culinary delights. Not one to make anybody feel left out, there's also an alternative vegan & gluten free option. Resident wine aficionado Fabio Scarpa has also carefully selected a range of wines to pair and help enhance the flavours of each dish.
This unique opportunity will be hosted in the opulent River Room around the antique oak table. You will join the other guests as Matt talks you through the inspiration for each dish whilst Fabio explains the wine pairings. This event will have extremely limited amounts of tickets so be sure to grab them whilst you can!
