Spry is an independent wine bar and bottleshop, specialising in organic wines free from additives and preservatives. The handpicked selection of small-batch bottles are not only available to take home, but can also be enjoyed from the comfort of the city centre venue.

Guests at Spry will only need to pay a small corkage of £10 a bottle before pouring out one of the specialities. There's also the option to drink by the glass, or try some of their other beverages, paired with light bites from the kitchen.

The seasonal plates include sardines with fermented tomato, vegan mushroom and walnut pâté, goose rillets with piccalilli and a selection of meats and cheese from across the Continent.
