Spry is an independent bottle shop and wine bar specialising in organic and small batch wines, located in the heart of Edinburgh.
Guests are able to buy by the bottle (with a small corkage fee to drink in the bar) or glass, and pair with seasonal small plates and house-made ferments. Dishes include vegan mushroom and walnut pâté, goose rillets with piccalilli and charcuterie from across Europe.
