What they say:

Having only launched the Franco Manca name back in Brixton in 2008, Giuseppe Mascoli has already come on leaps and slices in the London casual dining industry; now with his second restaurant outside of London, Mascoli has taken to the North Laine for his foodie footing. A 130 seater restaurant with rustic pizzas and welcoming wines, Franco Manca caters to the casual seaside crowd.

What we say:

Having once looked to Franco Manca in Brixton for hangover ailments, I can vouch for their premium level of sourdough without the burden of overbearing starch. And seeing as they're already a beloved London name and primed for vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters alike, the pastoral and modest dining stance of Franco Manca is sure to be a hit in town where independent names garner the most interest.
