What they say:

Dedicated to using locally sourced ingredients and showcasing an impressive selection of fine wines, Fourth & Church is a new neighbourhood shop and wine bar opening in Hove. The team have really gone to town with this spot, offering guests a compelling range of cured meats, artisan cheeses, gourmet pâtés, healthy salads and preserves. Everything is sourced locally, fresh and has no added flavours or chemicals. Completing the dining experience, the owners have teamed up with wine merchant Henry Butler from Butlers Wine Cellar to offer Brighton's revellers a selection of classic, flavoursome wines from a number of different regions. This cosy spot really embodies everything we love about the English countryside.

What we say:

Organic shops and healthy living stores have been on the rise over the last few years as city dwellers begin to look for a way to combat the unhealthy nature of metropolitan life. Freshness is the name of the game at Fourth & Church. As the brainchild of two passionate chefs, every ingredient is sourced locally from the nearby Sussex farms, giving the entire joint a distinctly youthful and serene feel. With this in mind, the wine selection is changed and updated each month to ensure that only the most flavoursome, in-season beverages are displayed in their cosy shop. To add an extra element to things, the team will be producing ready to eat meals and dishes each day, offering Hove's busy worker a quick, healthy lunch choice. Welcoming and with something weirdly homely about the place, Fourth & Church offers something for everyone and will certainly become a popular place in the local community.
